User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
Content Ownership & License
- Your Content
- You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to OkieDoke.
- License to Host
- By uploading content, you grant OkieDoke a limited license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of facilitating the approval process with your clients.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OkieDoke to:
- •Upload illegal, offensive, or malicious content.
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
- •Spam or harass other users or clients.
Payments & Subscriptions
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of your portals.
Limitation of Liability
OkieDoke is provided “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any loss of business or data resulting from service interruptions or client errors during the approval process.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
